About DaddyTube


Can I change my username?
No. Your username is your permanent identity in the DaddyTube community. Once your account is created for a specific username it can not be changed


How do I change my password?
To change your password:

1. Login to your DaddyTube account.
2. Click on the 'My Profile' link under the 'Home' tab.
3. Change the two password fields on this page under 'Account Information'.
4. Click the 'Update Profile' button at the bottom of the page.


How do I clear my search history on DaddyTube?
Daddytube does not save your searches, but your browser might. If you do not want to see your previous search terms displayed in the search field, you need to clear the search history, or empty the cache in your browser. This process may differ between browsers.


How do I edit or delete a comment I made on some one else's content?
You can not edit or delete comments you make on other people's content. Once you've made a comment, it can only be removed or moderated by the site staff.
If you have a problem with the comments made you can contact support. Be sure to give support the link to the content and the username of the offender. Please Submit a Support Ticket: This is where you can contact a customer representantive to answer your questions. Please be cognizant f the fact  that the first time you contact us you will need to register. The registration is completely free and it is a one-time-only step to be able to contact us and ask or comment about any of our network sites.

How do I remove a photo or video?
To remove one of your uploads, simply click on 'Home' button at the top of any page, then click on 'My Videos.' Then, press the delete button on the one you want to delete.


How do I watch and save videos?
Watching videos on DaddyTube couldn't be easier - just hit the site and browse around, or search the tags for things that interest you.
To save your favorites for later click the 'Add to Favorites' link found underneath what you want to view later.


How does content get featured?
DaddyTube users tell us which videos they like by clicking the 'Feature This' link underneath video. We review all of the flagged videos for consideration in 'Featured Videos'.


Is DaddyTube really free?
Yes, Anyone over 18 ( 21 in some areas) can register and try the site free to view and share their videos.


What are tags?
Tags are keywords that describe videos. For example, an amateur video might be tagged with "trailers," "hot," and "amateur." Users who enjoy amateur content can then search for any of those terms and that photo/video will pop up in their search results.
Tags help you find new content you might like to see, and also help you label what you upload so that other people can find it more easily


What is DaddyTube?
DaddyTube allows people from anywhere to publish their own adult content, easily and quickly. Users can register for free or if you have an older4me.com, blacksondaddies.com or myfirstdaddy.com membership you can enjoy unlimited use to watch our whole video collection and also upload unlimited videos.

Do I have to sign up to upload?
Yes. Everything you upload is attached to your profile, so you must sign up to upload. Becoming a member also allows you to save videos, create playlists, and leave comments, collect points, win prizes among many other features.
Older4Me.com, BlacksOnDaddies.com or MyFirstDaddy.com members can view unlimited videos and upload unlimited videos too.

How do I make a video?
You'll need to have a device that can capture digital movies - this could be a camcorder, digital camera, or even a cell phone. Copy the movies onto you computer (download), and then you can either upload them as-is or edit them with software such as iMovie or Windows MovieMaker to add titles and special effects.

How long can my video be?
Most videos on DaddyTube are under five minutes long. There is no specific length limit, but longer videos require more compression to fit in the 50MB size limit, and the quality will go down as the length of the video goes up.

How long do my photos and videos stay on DaddyTube?
Your content stays on DaddyTube until you choose to take them down. Content that violates the terms of use and/or have been flagged as inappropriate may be taken down by DaddyTube.

How long will my uploads take?
Depending on your internet connection speed (high-speed vs dial-up), the size of the video and the amount of traffic on DaddyTube, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to upload.
Generally, if you have a high-speed internet connection you can expect the upload to take somewhere between 1 - 5 mins for every 1MB. However, the experience is different for every user because of the variation in connection speeds.

Is there a limit to how much I can upload?
Currently, the only limit is 50MB per video and 3MB per photo. We don't have any limit for the number of files you can upload if you are a premium member (Older4Me, BlacksOnDaddies or MyFirstDaddy members) , and don't plan on adding a limit anytime in the future. So upload as much as you want -it's more content for the DaddyTube community to enjoy!

What file formats can I upload?
DaddyTube accepts files from most digital devices:
  • Video: avi, dv, mov, qt, mpeg, wmv, asf, mpg, mp4, 3gp, swf

How can I prevent other users from seeing my email address?
DaddyTube never displays your personal email address, nor is your email address ever displayed when another user sends you a message through the site. The only personal information a user will see about you is what you post on your profile page, as well as the public content you upload.
How do I report copyright infringement?

How does DaddyTube handle inappropriate content?
Our community understands the terms of use and assists DaddyTube in the policing of the site. When inappropriate content is found every single member has the opportunity to flag that content as inappropriate so that it may be dealt with accordingly.

What are you doing to prevent copyrighted content from appearing in DaddyTube?
Since all content on DaddyTube is posted by our members, we make it clear in our terms of use and at the time of upload, that the user must own the copyright to the videos they post, or have permission from the copyright holder. We take copyright issues very seriously and encourage copyright holders to contact us if they have any objections about specific videos - we will cooperate with them to take down any infringing content immediately. Repeat and flagrant offenders of the terms of use are addressed with proprietary technology.

What is your policy on copyright infringement?
DaddyTube respects the rights of copyright holders and publishers and requires all members to affirm that they hold the copyright or have permission for the content that they upload. If we receive a notice that content infringes another party's copyright, the member's account may be terminated and the content will be removed from DaddyTube.

Troubleshooting


I can't hear the audio when I'm watching a video, why?
To make sure that you hear sound while watching videos, please check the volume controls on your computer. Also, be sure to increase the volume on other conventional video players on your computer, such as Windows Media. This may have an effect on your computer's master volume levels. Next, check to see if your system meets these requirements for running the Video Viewer:
  • Macromedia Flash Player 8.0+ plug-in
  • Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
  • Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
  • Firefox 1.1+, IE 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+
  • Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps

If your system meets all the requirements, but the Video Viewer still isn't working properly, please try troubleshooting with a different browser. Also, please test the audio on multiple videos.

It keeps asking me to login, what should I do?
Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser preferences. If you have cookies disabled, there is no way for our system to know you were at the site before, and you will be asked to login.

The video keeps stopping while I'm watching it. How do I fix that?
If a video doesn't play continuously it may be due to your connection speed. You'll need a broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps for the best viewing experience.

The videos won't play - what's wrong?
All of the videos on DaddyTube are streamed through a Flash player. You need to have the latest version of the Flash player installed on your computer. You must also make sure that you have the correct player for your browser (IE, FF etc).
Make sure you UNINSTALL your current flash player first because the latest Flash 8 player cannot overwrite the old version.
To uninstall your flash player, click start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Macromedia Flash -> Remove

What web browsers does DaddyTube support?
We have developed DaddyTube to be fully compatible with Internet Explorer 8, the dominant web browser.
We also know that YOU might not use MSIE 6 and we are working on making DaddyTube fully FireFox friendly as well as MSIE 7.
